1. Click the Mozy icon in the menu bar , then select Open MozyHome Preferences.
2. Click the Options tab.
3. Select Back up on a schedule.
4. Select the time of the day you want to the backup to occur.
5. From the drop-down list, select every day, every other day, every week or every other week.
6. For weekly backups, select the day of the week you want the backup to run. Your changes are automatically saved.
